Had an amazing meal here. Trio of lamb for me, shoulder of lamb for my wife. Super tasty, really well cooked, decent wine list and very good service. If in Pembroke, you should make a point of visiting here !

Great place to go. Very friendly staff, very quick service, good quality, nice interior and brilliant view. Good value for money too. And with direct view of the castle. Located right next to the river. Definitely a good place to eat and drink after a visit to the local castle. Very highly recommended.

What an amazing team and a huge thank you to Charlotte who accomodated my family with a lovely cosy spot to pass a couple of hours as we waited for our ferry to Ireland. So friendly and no request was too much. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Pembroke to pop in for a visit!!

Holiday Lets around Pembroke including Self Catering Accommodation, Holiday Cottages, Apartments and Houses

West Grove Barns Holiday Cottages

Hundleton, Pembroke SA71 5RN, UK – 01237 459888

Could not fault this place. Fully equipt with everything you need for self catering. Lovely location. Dogs enjoyed the stay aswell.

Very lovely little cottages, though we did have a couple of large problems. WiFi is advertised, though it is temperamental at best and non existent at worst. I understand this is not exclusively their fault (they include information about a recent visit from bt in the visitors information book), but still think that they should not be advertising the facility as having WiFi. The second big problem was the beds; whilst neat and clean, the mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable, leading to one of us having to sleep on the sofa, and the rest of us barely getting a good sleep. Apart from that, the property is in wonderful condition and is peaceful, with great views and a very relaxed feel. Once the WiFi and mattresses are sorted, I would be very happy to stay here again.

Bed & Breakfast Accommodation plus Guesthouses

TREGENNA BED AND BREAKFAST PEMBROKE

7 Upper Lamphey Rd, Pembroke SA71 5JL, UK – 01646 621525

The Tregenna B&B was fantastic. Debbie and Colin, the owners, made us feel so welcome and at ease in their beautiful B&B. They are extremely helpful with places of interest to visit. Their breakfast menu is varied and cooked to perfection. I wholeheartedly recommend The Tregenna if you like nice accomodation, value for money and genuine hospitality.

Cannot fault any aspect of the wonderful stay we had at Tregenna B&B.Colin and Debbie were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious with Welsh produce used and the room homely and spacious. We shall be back!

Woodbine Bed & Breakfast, Pembrokeshire

84 Main St, Pembroke SA71 4HH, UK – 01646 686338

Fabulous accommodation with beautiful views and very friendly owners

We arrived at Woodbine B&B at the end of day nine of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path Walk. Exhausted and aching, we were delighted to be shown into our beautiful bedroom and gorgeous bathroom with a lovely bath! The whole place is beautifully clean and has a real charm to it. The guest lounge is amazing, spacious and very homely. Andrea was very friendly and helpful; she made us an excellent breakfast and told us some of the history of this charming house. It is on the main street in Pembroke with numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby as well as the historic Pembroke Castle. During our walk we stayed in 13 B&B establishments; Woodbine was our absolute favourite!

Penfro (B&B)

111 Main St, Pembroke SA71 4DB, UK – 01646 682753

Couldn't be better for a writers block or 'base camp' for artists. Inspirations just floats in the air! I cannot say enough about this mad woman and her uttterly delightful oasis! Treat yourself, treat yourself, treat yoursel!!!

We run an Airbnb bed and breakfast down in Devon (house below) - and we have stayed in Airbnb accommodation all over the place. You can find the wonderful little gems with totally committed hosts and really frightful places which you put down to experience! You absolutely have to read the details of each listing - and read the reviews! Basically use Airbnb wherever we go - but we do do our homework!

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Pembroke Campsites and Caravan Parks

St Petrox Camping

Campsite, St. Petrox,, St Petrox, Pembroke SA71 5EQ, UK – 01646 622561

A wonderful "back to basics" campsite, we have stopped here twice now and enjoyed both times. If you are the sort of person who enjoys just turning up and pitching wherever you like, and spiders hovering above you in the rustic toilets but you still want a hot clean shower, this site is for you.

Cheap and quiet. Shower rooms and toilets a bit limited but adequate when we arrived mid week, mid July. No shops nearby. Without a car, this would be an inconvenient place to camp. Nearest pub is Stackpole Inn which is a 40 minute walk. I wouldnt recommend the pub.

Stackpole Under The Stars

North Lodge, Cheriton, Stackpole, Pembroke SA71 5BX, UK – 01646 683167

We stayed the first bank holiday in May in our VW campervan, we had an amazing time, very chilled and restful. We were the first to arrive and had the entire site to ourselves the first night! Stan was setting up all the pods and bell tents and was kind enough to let me have a nose in them, they are spectacular, such attention to detail and thoughtfulness of provisions. The bathrooms are great, there are 4 self contained pods with a wash basin, toilet and shower, perfect!. There is a wash room for dishes which also contains a freezer for you to freeze your ice packs. You can hire firepits and buy logs which makes for toasty evenings watching the stars. Nothing is too much trouble for Laura & Stan. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. We walked to the nearest pub the food is lovely, I recommend booking. We also walked into Pembroke, had a wander around the Castle and visited the Cake shop which had a huge selection of homemade cakes and cheesecakes! (although both are walkable there are no pavements and in some areas the grass verges disappear) The Lily ponds at Bosherton are amazing, as is the café in the walled garden. Our friends brought Kayaks and went down to the beach spending a lovely few hours exploring the caves along the coastline. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning in August and have already booked in for next year!

A beautiful spot where campers and tents intermingle on this small quiet site with gloriously clean and luxurious washroom / toilet pods. Spacious pitches for tents (some with electric hookup) and HUGE fire bowls for hire which make for magical evenings under the moon and stars. It’s a low-impact site and there’s even food waste recycling. Ideally located for Lost Lanes of Wales #22: Castle and Cliffs ride which we came to do, and so close to the beautiful National Trust areas including Barafundle Bay (stunning beach for sand and swimming), Lily Pools, and Stackpole Gardens. Well worth going to Freshwater West beach (15mins drive) to watch the sunset.
